Terms of Service

I have the right to refuse a commission if I see it to be violating of any TOS. You will be informed of the denial and be placed in a blacklist (depending on the severity of the violation, eg. you will be blacklisted for requesting pedophilia, but not for something outside my skills).
I Will Draw:
- Animals
- Furries
- Humanoids (Human art WILL LIKELY NOT turn out well, I am not a human artist)
- Monsters
- Animatronics / Animatronic Gore
- Bipeds + Quadrupeds
- Blood / Gore (not realistic, but as extreme as you please!)
- Body Horror
- Ship Art (Within reason, I am a minor.)
- Mecha (Will cost more!)
I Will NOT Draw:
- Problematic Media (MCYT, DSMP, Vivziepop Content, South Park, etc.)
- NSFW / Suggestive Art
- Fetish Art (Vore, Scat, etc.)
- Hateful Art

Conditions + Info:
- Any commission is for personal use only, they may be used as PFPs and banners but MUST have credit.
- The artist keeps rights to the art, my signature shall not be removed from the piece.
- You must pay full price for any commission, no exceptions!
- Do not ask me to draw you anything for free, you will be blacklisted.
- You are unable to pay in exposure. I accept USD (Nitro, Ponytown supporter, and other forms of payment when specified.)
- Your price will be calculated after you describe what you want and choose your options. The art piece will be started after this.
- I do not do refunds after a piece is past the sketch layer.
- My art, including any finished commissions, shall not be edited in any way WITHOUT PERMISSION.
- I, as the artist, will post the finished piece on my socials UNLESS you request that I don't.
- MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED IN ANY NFT OR AI PROGRAM WHATSOEVER.
